Whilst working at Animal Logic i was lucky enough to be friends with a friendly Australian chap named Graham Olsen whose parents happened to own a house on the lake side of 'Lake Macquarie'. He was kind enough to invite a few of us there a couple of times for a weekend break and it was absolutely fantastic. His parents owned two small sailing boats, a slightly larger one, a kayak, canoe, windsurf board and a diesel boat (or putt putt boat as graham always put it!). Being a huge fan of water i was up at ridiculously early hours of the morning to go for a swim, the perfect life!

There was however to be a lot of capsizing going on! One particular time i capsized i pulled the boat back up, only for it to capsize over the other side under the power of the window and momentum. This happened numerous times and ended with me getting so knackered i couldnt turn the boat back up, thankfully graham was skippering the putt putt boat in my direction and guido jumped in to save the day!
