Diving was my biggest past time whilst in sydney, the warm water (compared to the UK at least!) and fantastic aquatic life make for some very interesting diving. During one dive with my buddy Magali, we were joined by a large seal that continued to circle us and the rest of the group for the duration of the dive, only stopping to rub its back on the sea bed.

Another of my memorable dives was the Grey Nurse Shark dive, these sharks look like mean man eating beasts, but i am happy to report there has never been a recorded attack on humans. None the less, my heart rate definitely increased slightly! Though on the return from that dive the boat broke down about 50 meters from the dock, and the sun was quickly dropping. The skipper began to run around trying to find the problem whilst the rest of us started to shake under the cold wind... standing in only a pair of shorts which are soaked through doesnt do much in the way of warmth! After a little more fumbling by the skipper he decides to call the coastal police who eventually arrive and tug us to the docks! Quite an end to a fantastic trip!
